❌ You have a million brilliant ideas, but you're drowning in options. You need a clear editorial theme that's true to you and can help you stand out in the creator economy.
❌ You have years-worth of writing and half-developed creative ideas that you've kept to yourself because it's missing something (hint: it's your voice.)
❌ You've got so good at writing in someone else's editorial voice that you've literally lost sight of your own, and want it back!
❌ When you speak, write, or talk about your expertise for your platform or business, you keep talking about your credentials, rather than the real source of your expertise: your lived experience.
❌ You’ve been told (directly or subtly) that you’re 'too much,' so you’ve learned to put your story and ideas on mute. Now, stepping into visibility feels risky.
❌ You're tired of feeling unseen and uncertain. You want to build a real, sustainable platform or business that doesn't chase trends.
This isn't about being louder. It's about being clear. In three weeks, you'll be guided to identify your editorial theme, pull narrative threads to help you tell your story without burning out, and develop a core message that connects your expertise to what your audience loves about it.
Gain the clarity, confidence, and long-game strategy to grow your platform.
This program is designed for creators and leaders who know what they want to say and are ready to explore and redefine how to show up with confidence on the platform of their choice. Everyone is welcome in this space, and we prioritize supporting and developing creators from historically underrepresented communities in media.
Forged from decades of award-winning experience developing content and running major radio shows, podcasts, and publications, this space is centered on delivering executive-level strategic insights, a focus on cultural intelligence, and a framework to develop your editorial voice and strategy.

Guided exercises that help you articulate your narrative direction, narrative theme, and topics, and core message. Each prompt builds on the last and is sent directly to your email.

Join calls with your cohort to share your progress and get real-time feedback and insights in a safe space. Calls are led by a creative leader who understands how to tell your story aloud. If you can't join live, you can watch the recording in your own time.

By the end, you'll have built your narrative blueprint, which will anchor how you show up on the platform of your choice; from your content planning, interview scripting, public speaking, to newsletter writing, and much more.

Let Me Tell You How I Fell Into My Own Narrative Gap
I know what it's like to feel trapped in a prison of good ideas you can't, or are too scared to express. Sounds Ironic, I know. Despite being the expert executive and "storytelling ninja" who helped countless people launch careers, when it came to my own work, my words refused to come out, or I'd edit them into oblivion. Eventually, my insights got lost in the sauce, and my voice shrank. As a result, I missed opportunities, mainly because I didn't see what I brought to the table.
Worse still, as the podcasting industry and creator economy evolved, the industries in which I had a leading voice only deepened that feeling. I didn't know where to plant my flag as an executive -- or as a creator. That confusion—between trying to figure out what to say and understanding what my audience liked about it—was the true definition of what I call the Narrative Gap.
Going Back to My Roots - A (Re)Discovery
Then one day, tired of running in mental circles, I decided to return to my core editorial principles—the ones I used to help others shape their shows and reporting. Things started to fall into place again. I asked myself: Who do I want to serve, and how can my insights serve them?
And I remembered that these questions, the very ones that creators have been encouraged to overlook in the hopes of growing their platform quickly, are just as relevant and critical today as they were when I began my journalism career. And then I came to embrace something else: as an executive with the heart of a creator, I am uniquely placed to guide creators and leaders to succeed in this dynamic creator economy.
By asking the right questions of myself and my creative voice, I found firmer creative ground and was less swayed by the ever-shifting media landscape. Once I planted my flag, my professional confidence returned, along with my editorial voice, which, in turn, attracted my ecosystem of partners and collaborators.
If you want to find your voice, launch and grow your platform:
Your challenge isn't a lack of knowledge and leadership; it's a lack of editorial clarity and trust in your authentic voice. You can't get clarity without building a strong foundation, and it's not about a quick fix; it's about the long game.
"I instantly felt calm about how to move forward with my project. She created a safe space that helped me to focus on the critical elements — how to be clear about my project, and to determine what exactly I need at this point — so that I could move forward with my vision."
- Courtney Fernandez, Screenwriter
"Christabel pushed me to dive deep into gaining clarity about my theme, and that's when I realized I was telling the right story and am on the right path. One question from her completely shifted my perspective...'Is your story genre-bending?' Those words reframed everything."
- Gunreet K. Bal
"Christabel is an insightful audio strategist and adept at providing workable and straightforward solutions, no matter how complex the issue. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for what she does will empower, encourage, and motivate you."
- Priscilla Owusu, 'Just Read It'
60-minute session dates & times: 3/16, 3/20, 4/6 (10 am PT / 1 pm ET)
You'll have access to the call recording and prompts till April 20th.
Take advantage of this limited-time pricing for the inaugural cohort. If you miss this session, sign up for my newsletter to hear about the next one, which will return to the regular price of $175.
Please reach out to info@nsiahbuadi.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Plan for about 3-4 hours per week: 1 hours for live calls (3 × 60 min) and 1.5-2.5 hours for the email prompts. The prompts are flexible; you can work on them at your own pace, and the calls are recorded, so if you miss a session, you can always catch up at a time that works for you.
No. This cohort is for anyone who uses media (podcasts, newsletters, YouTube, LinkedIn, speaking, books, etc.) to talk about what they care about. You're focusing on your message, not your platform! This program is a great support for anyone who is refining their editorial direction for the first time or wants to refine and optimize their show message or talking points. It's designed to prompt you to clarify or own your editorial message with confidence.
No problem! You can watch the recording in your own time. The videos will be available to cohort members up to two weeks after the program ends.
This cohort is for creators and established professionals who know who they are and are ready to invest in editorial and narrative strategies, and want a safe space to clarify their message.
If you're brilliant at what you do but struggle to talk about it clearly, or if you've been socialized to minimize your story, this is for you. If you're looking for a quick marketing hack or a growth shortcut, this isn't the right fit.
Early bird pricing is $99. Regular price is $175. The early bird rate is available for a limited time before the cohort launches in March. Once we reach capacity or the early-bird period closes, pricing will revert to the full rate.
We keep cohorts intentionally sized to create a safe, intimate space for real conversation and feedback. We have limited spots available per cohort. If you're interested, I recommend securing your spot early.

I get it, this might not be the right time for us to connect on your vision. Maybe you don't have the time, or you don't think you're ready (trust me, you are), or something else in your life is more important right now.
I've been there, and I want you to join this cohort because you're ready. To stay up to date with future cohorts, I recommend subscribing to the YPP newsletter, where I also share thoughtful, impactful content to help you along your journey.
